Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with every purchase. Please read our return/exchange guidelines.

1. Eligibility for Return/Exchange

We accept returns/exchanges only if: Wrong product delivered | Damaged product received | Size issue for selected items (check eligibility)

2. Non-Returnable Products

Due to hygiene and fashion industry norms, the following items are not eligible: Blouses | Anarkalis with heavy embroidery | Custom-stitched or altered products | Sale/offer/clearance items | Products used or washed

3. Return Request Window

Return/exchange must be requested within 48 hours of delivery.

4. Condition of Returned Product

Product must be: Unused | Unwashed | With original tags & packaging | If these conditions are not met, the request will be rejected.

5. Refunds

Refunds are issued only in cases of: Wrong product | Damaged product | Product unavailable after order | Refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 5–7 working days.

6. Exchange

Exchange is subject to stock availability.

7. Cancellation Policy

Order can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
